On the Road and Overnight

On the road, we always have TWO drivers on board. We do this for the safety of our passengers and drivers alike. This allows the drivers to switch out along the way so neither gets too tired and also in the event we have any difficult loaders, to ensure we have the help needed to load and care for your babies.

We stop every 3 to 4 hours along the way to give the horses a little rest as we go, and during this time we also check their water and hay and ensure they are traveling well.

We fill waters to the brim and give out hay/dinner as needed, as well as lock all trailer doors and windows before our drivers turn in for the night.


Payment Policy

While we don't have a lengthy contract for you to sign, we do need a deposit of half to lock in your date and trailer space. We cannot guarantee your space until said deposit is paid, and pick-up will not happen unless we have the deposit. After that, the remaining balance can be paid anytime before off-load.

We take credit cards and can send an invoice to you that way for you to take care of online. Or, if you would like to avoid the credit card processing fee, we do have Venmo, Zelle, Facebook Messenger, and CashApp as well.


Refund Policy

While you only see one bill, it goes towards a number of things. If you have to cancel after you have booked and paid your deposit we are happy to refund you, within our policy.

  • Cancelation, with more than 7 days notice before pickup, you will be refunded in full, minus a $100.00 admin fee.

  • Cancelation, within 7 days of pickup, unless we are already en route, will result in a refund of half of your original deposit.

  • Cancelation, with less than 24 hours before pickup, or when we are already en route to the pickup, will lead to a refund of $0.00.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 20 business days.

We love all your babies like they were our own. By using our services you are granting permission to Blue Ribbon Horse Trailering to use the photos we take of your animals for the purpose of self-use and self-promotion publications which can include but is not limited to cards, calendars, social media posts and websites without compensation or recognition. We will by no means sell or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation towards you or your animals. If you do not wish us to your photos in a public way, just let us know and that will be respected.
